Boom festival 2008
For me, visiting boom festival was something on the "to do list" for many years. After being unable to go at the 2004, and 2006 boom, finally, 2008 was the year I would make it.
It was a beautiful experience, the place is wonderful, even though harsh at times, but that added to the whole experience, making it unique and a trip to remember for ever.
The people there were fantastic, many smiley faces and full of positive energy, ready to party and have fun with the many interesting things that were part of the festival experience. Which means that there were many other things to do, apart from blast-dancing on the dancefloor. Art shows, theatre events, film projections, speeches and conversations, yoga lessons and more...
You had a hard time being bored !! It seemed almost impossible not to find something interesting every time and at each corner of the beautiful landscape of idanha-a-nova. I'm certainly going again at this festival anytime !
